miss me? anyone?

mom does get alittle miffed about the drool spots...... I just can't help it.

well it is fall again and here i am stuck in the house cause it is raining......... I don't get it the squirrels get to play!

and mom thought I didn't roll...... it was after all the best dog gone duck poo a widdle doggie could ask for..... it had to be on me it just had to be.

this is me........do you see me? they tied me up to a park bench! why?............cause they were playing.

we went to one of mommy's parks to meet her for lunch and me and the kids and dad were early.

then......................we met mom for lunch and watched her "work" up a field and while she was driving on the field................... I found a

SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and I got em! and I was snuggling him wiff my mouth and then DAD totallllly misunderstood and made me spit him out! can you believe that! I mean me and that squirrel could have been best buddies in my tummy! I can still taste that wonderful furr!

oh well maybe next time when nobody can catch me.

so I am still living...........barely!

my mom is soooo stinken busy that she doesn't even let me on the computer at all!

Dad doesn't know how to use it very well and so that only leaves the cat............and he is in the same boat as me, which is making him rather cranky (more so than normal)

and now to show you what is making me cranky..................

birds! we have a nest in the back yard in a "bird" house............... they torment me!

they flutter in and out.....

mom gets mad cause I claw the house trying to see inside their house, dad has resorted to useing a water spray bottle............as if I were a cat! hhhhrrrrmmmphhh!

I am not stupid, but they are sooooo cute I just want to snuggle them with my mouth...HEE HEE.

what else is new...................oh mom took us all to some parks she is working at during the week

this weekend we went all the way across town and I saw....................soooooooooooooooo many squirrels , they too torment me..... they fluff their widdle tails it just makes me want to bite em!

I was good though I only almost knocked mom off her feet twice, she wasn't mad but said her arm hurt......whoops, they were just so irks some!

that is really about all............. I will beg mom again this week to let me back on.

my mom is so busy that she isn't letting anybody on very much.

1. I love to blog because I get to meet new dogs
2. I love to blog because I am a golden retriever and I just have to share .
3. I am so thankful that I have my forever home that I feel compleled to share my life
4. I love to blog because I like to read the comments and see what other doggies are like
5. I love to blog blog so that everyone can see how much cooler I am compared to my cat brother.

Fact: the neighbors were cooking dinner

Fact: mom had just fed me but it was only one little tiny kibble
Fact: in panic mode I dug and dug and dug
Fact: when mom saw me I was half way under the fence!
Fact: mom yelled at me
Fact: she hosed me down with the green snake of death
Fact: the cat laughed at me in my darkest moment
Fact: I did get to muddy up the house before my run in with the green snake of death
Fact: mom still loves me

so it has come to this.......

my house mate I.E my cat roommate

has now gotten himself a blog.

oh now I really don't mind except He hates me...

I really don't know why...... I do clean up after him in the litter box

mom gets rather testy about it though.

and I clean up after him in the yard too.

and any kibble he drops ... yes you guessed it .... cleaned up.

I do like to try and play with him, he really doesn't get it when I bark at him.

all the other dogs get it.......... oh yah he is a cat!

I have been rather patient with him for a long time now.

I am a Golden after all.

but I have just about had it with his attitude.

so when I saw the pic of him on his profile looking all handsome and distinguished

I thought I might just take this opportunity to show you the "behind the scenes" as it where.

Happy New Year!

Well it is the new year and this year mom is saying she is gonna "lose that weight"
yah oh okee dokey mom. wouldn't that mean I would get more walks?
I mean it is week two and out of mmmm.... 14 days... uh that is way too long in dog days by the way... she has only walked me 5! Yah that's right folks 5!
okay well dad has walked me 3 times in there too.... so that would make a total of...uh.....8 eight days out of 14. that is a walk every other day or so. THAT IS NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE!
so not enough.....
And now, now my little human brother is sick and that means .......yup you guessed it NO WALK!
that makes three days in a row....
I sure hope mom plays with me and gets me a new toy while she is out getting nose stuff for my boy. I need something to chew.

on a different note..... did you know that some human told my moms friend that us pets don't go to heaven. can you believe that...... I know we don't have what people call a soul, but I don't think that means we don't go to heaven. do you?
so now my moms friend said that she really can't believe in a God that won't take animals into His kingdom...... that makes no sense! I mean we animals are His creation right. so if that is the case and He knows how much humans love us and He loves the humans and made them to take care of us well then it only makes sense that He would take us too. okay so we don't have a "soul" all that really means is we don't get to choose, it is chosen for us. Like the angels right?
well anyway. that's all

mom's sick

see this picture, yeah that's what my mom looks like. yesterday she took down the tree and she said her nose would not stop running(don't know what she meant by that, didn't leave her face ) but never the less she put these red tissues up her nose, she said she didn't have time to just keep wiping it and didn't want it to drip all over everything.......

my mom is weird! even the human kids said that was just to much for them to take. but she did get a lot done , the tree and the decorations are all gone now.

she went to the human vet today and she has a really bad nose flu and chest flu so she is on some medication that will clear it up...... she also gets really sleepy, so dad is home taking care of the rest of us while my mom goes to bed. I hope she gets better soon, I haven't been for a walk in two days.

I seen him! I seen him!
I even sniffed him, he smelled a little like bob, our neighbor but mom didn't give me enough time to really figure that out. then mom put me out side...... she said that he was here to see my kids not me!
grrrrrrrrrr!
I really don't think that was fair!
when mom let me back in he was gone!
I sniffed and sniffed and sniffed and I couldn't find him !
to be totally honest He was a little scary, all those jingles, they were so loud and the red and black and that big white beard...... maybe he was a dog!........nah.
so yeah I didn't get to sniff him, but I did sniff where he had been , and I did get to see him.
so that was enough for me........ although he really did smell like my neighbor..mmmmm.
